Urban Land Dynamics LLC (“Urban Land Dynamics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a boutique land use consulting firm headquartered in Southern California, with active project support across Arizona. Our services include land use due diligence, entitlement strategy, environmental review support, and agency coordination. Our consulting services are provided under separate written agreements.

This Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed at children. By using the Site or submitting information through our contact form, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or otherwise have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
